Director Nia DaCosta who most recently directed the Candyman reboot has been named the director for the sequel to the MCU’s Captain Marvel. Megan McDonnell, a story editor on the Marvel-based series WandaVision, wrote the script for the Captain Marvel sequel. Her other credits include directing Little Woods, plus two episodes of the British television series Top Boy.
