Rafael Albuquerque’s Stout Club Entertainment Strikes Deal with ComiXology Originals


Timed to the kickoff of Brazil’s Comic Con Experience, comiXology and Stout Club Entertainment – the powerhouse creative group composed of comic book creators Rafael Albuquerque, Eduardo MedeirosMateus Santoloucoand Rafael Scavone – announced a multi-book deal for four new comic book series to debut exclusively through the comiXology Originals program. Fans can catch Stout Club Entertainment at Comic Con Experience in Brazil, where the group will be hosting a panel.

“We are excited to work with the folks at comiXology and to showcase not just one, but four new creative projects in the months ahead,” said Rafael Albuquerque, the Eisner, Harvey and Inkpot Award winning co-creator and artist of the New York Times Bestseller American Vampire.

“We are continually looking to expand and diversify our content with comiXology Originals and we couldn’t be happier working with the amazingly talented Stout Club Entertainment to bring their stories to a world-wide audience. Stay tuned for more details and announcements in 2020,” said comiXology’s Head of Content Chip Mosher.

These books will be part of the comiXology Originals line of exclusive content, available upon release at no additional cost for members of Amazon Prime, Kindle Unlimited, and comiXology Unlimited, and for purchase on Kindle and comiXology. More details will be announced at a later date.
