‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ season two is a go

According to Hulu,  “The Handmaid’s Tale” has been watched by more Hulu viewers than any other series premiere on the platform, considering both original and acquired series . According to  Variety  Hulu will announce the show renewal at Hulu’s Upfront presentation.  The show based on    is a dystopian novel by Canadian author Margaret Atwood.  Set in a near-future New England, in a totalitarian theocracy that has overthrown the United States government, the novel explores themes of women in subjugation and the various means by which they gain individualism and independence. Written by  Canadian author Margaret Atwood.

The  television series is created by Bruce Miller and is streaming on Hulu episodically. Executive producers are  Warren Littlefield , Reed Morano, Daniel Wilson, Fran Sears , Ilene Chaiken along with Bruce Miller. The show stars   Elisabeth Moss, Joseph Fiennes, Yvonne Strahovski, Samira Wiley, Max Minghella, Madeline Brewer, Ann Dowd, O-T Fagbenle, Jordana Blake, Amanda Brugel, Ever Carradine, Alexis Bledel, and Kristen Gutoskie.
