Variety is reporting The CW series Riverdale has been renewed for a second season. The series, a reimagining of the Archie comic book series, has been averaging a 0.4 in the 18-49 demographic and 1.16 million viewers. The series adds 78% into 18-34 demographic in Nielsen’s Live+7 ratings. When the first season concludes, the series will be available on Netflix thanks to a deal The CW has with the streaming service that debuts full seasons of its shows a week after their conclusion.
