Sterling K. Brown joins the cast of Marvel Studios film “Black Panther”

Sterling K. Brown will be joining the cast in the role of N’Jobu, described as “a figure from T’Challa aka Black Panther’s past.” Brown is best known for his portrayal of Christopher Darden in FX’s “The People V. O.J. Simpson: An American Crime Story,” a role that earned him the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or Movie. He also stars in the current NBC drama “This is Us” as Randall Pearson, a role which has also gotten rave reviews.

Brown will be joining a cast packed with talent. “Black Panther” will star Chadwick Boseman in the title role, along with Michael B. Jordan, Danai Gurira, Lupita Nyong’o, Angela Bassett, and Forest Whitaker.

“Black Panther” is scheduled for release on Feb. 16, 2018.
