Fullmetal Alchemist, based on Hiromu Arakawa’s manga, is directed by Fumihiko Sori. The adaptation ages Edward from 15 years old to 20, and tells the manga’s story in a single film. Starring Ryosuke Yamada as Edward Elric, Tsubasa Honda as Winry Rockbell and Dean Fujioka as Roy Mustang, the live action film will premiere in Japan in December 2017.
