Fox has given a full-season order to “Lethal Weapon.” The freshman action drama is this fall’s first new Fox show to have its season extended. This extends the first season of “Lethal Weapon” to 18 episodes, the same length as “Empire,” which “Lethal Weapon” airs ahead of at 8 p.m. on Wednesday nights. Based on the movie franchise that starred Mel Gibson and Danny Glover is adapted for tv with the leads Damon Wayans and Clayne Crawford, it is produced by Warner Bros. Television in association with Lin Pictures and Good Session Productions. It is executive produced by Matt Miller, Dan Lin, Jennifer Gwartz, and McG.
