This week Wendi is joined by artist Brent Schoonover. She laments the loss of “Howling Commandos of SHIELD” (only 6 issues??), a book that combined the best Marvel monsters of every era. He also shares about his work on “Ant Man”, “Back to the Future”, and what it’s like to be known for a retro penciling style. Brent tells the story of being hired as a sketch artist at a Paisley Park party for Morris Day and the Time where no cameras were allowed. (This episode was recorded the week before Prince passed). He also answers the very important question- “Dirty Dozen or Great Escape”?
