TV Line is reporting Arrow‘s Echo Kellum has been promoted to a series regular starting this fall in his role as Curtis Holt (aka Mr. Terrific). Kellum’s credits include Ben and Kate, Sean Saves the World and You’re the Worst. Kellum first appeared in the second episode of season 4. You can catch Arrow Wednesdays on The CW.
