“Thunderbirds Are Go” is a hybrid of CG animation with miniature effects — calling back the models and marionettes of the ’60s original — to tell the adventures of the International Rescue organization. The entire 13-episode first season, starring Rosamund Pike as the voice of Lady Penelope, will be available April 22 on Amazon video, with a one-hour preview of the first two episodes on April 15.
