The waiting….It hurts. Ahead of the premiere of season 9, BBC One has released new images from Doctor Who.
The first episode is a two part opener titled The Magician’s Apprentice. Here’s the official description:
“Where is the Doctor? When the skies of Earth are frozen by a mysterious alien force, Clara needs her friend. But where is the Doctor, and what is he hiding from? As past deeds come back to haunt him, old enemies will come face-to-face, and for the Doctor and Clara survival seems impossible …”
Written by Steven Moffat and directed by Hettie MacDonald, Doctor Who stars Peter Capaldi and Jenna Coleman. You can check it out Saturday on BBC One and BBC America.
