Alfre Woodward along with Mike Colter will star in Marvel’s “Luke Cage” as Minetta, who will be a lead character in the series. Woodward’s character Minetta is described as “a powerful woman in local politics who will have an impact on Luke Cage’s life.”
Executive produced by Cheo Hodari Coker and produced by Marvel Television in association with ABC Studios, “Luke Cage” is scheduled to premiere on Netflix at an unspecified date in 2016.
