THR is reporting True Blood alum Rutina Wesley is joining the cast of Arrow. She is slated to appear in a multi-episode arc as Liza Warner who is a police officer known as Lady Cop in the comic book.
Also joining the cast is Enlisted alum Parker Young as Thea’s 
love interest. Arrow season four premieres Oct. 7 at 8 p.m. on the CW.
