TWD-132-animatedI picked this issue up just to see where everything was in the story. The last issue I bought was #100 and after that I just gave up on the book to focus on the TV series. It felt like they were doing the same thing again (Negan = Another Governor). Curiosity got the better of me when I saw the cover for this and I gave it a quick read. Wow. Kirkman has done it again. In less than 3 pages of this comic book he has hooked me back into The Walking Dead comic book. I am very interested to see what happens next. And it was very nice to see the same familiar art style has not lost any of its visual punch. Something about this comic book being in stark black and white really does add a lot to the atmosphere. Check it out if you haven’t already. As someone who had given up on this series, I highly recommend this one.
